A Sample Day at On Rue Tatin
Each full day class is different. Every menu follows the season. Here is the shape of a typical, extraordinary day — from first tastings to the final dessert.
Your apron goes on. Susan opens with curated tastings — something to set the palate.
No demonstration theatre. You are cooking. Susan is beside you: technique, stories, the secrets the French never put in books.
Wine is poured, everyone sits. Seasonal dishes, France's finest cheeses, and the dessert you made with your own hands.
Susan's classes are more intimate than the average cooking experience in Paris — and there are very good reasons for that.
