  1. Lorraine T. Sabourin says:

    Dear Susan,
So sorry to read about your run in with the French police. After our return to the US in Oct., my daughter (our driver) received a three page document in French for a traffic infraction which none of us could understand. I wrote a lovely letter in English to the address on the letter and have heard nothing since. Do you suppose this was a scam or did she actually drive at more than the speed limit at some point? As far as we can remember she did not do anything against the law while driving. Any ideas Susan?

Loved our dinner at your home.

    • Susan says:

Lorraine, I don’t know what to say. I would be surprised that a three page letter would be a scam. And it’s so easy to exceed the speed limit. I’d wait until you hear back and not worry in the meantime.

Looking for your yummy mustard/onion chicken and also roasted fingerling potatoes for your book ‘On rue Tatin’ can you post them? I have misplaced my book. Thank you,
    Lucy Maushardt

    • Susan says:

Lucy, Look through the recipes on the website, and you may find them. Otherwise, the book is available through my site! Thank you.
