French Scenes

Sometimes I’m overwhelmed by the beauty and curiosity of things I see as I walk around in Paris and Louviers, Honfleur and anywhere else I happen to be.  It is a never ending tableau of bizarrities, beauties and everything in between.

If you do, you have to have lunch at the farm at Peyrenegre, chez Danie and Guy Dubois (near Terrasson!)

Your garden with those lovely iris (or someone’s garden!) just make my heart sing. And of course my heart stops when I see your sweet Coco. We have a Coco, too — Lizzie Cosette, who quickly became Lizzie Coco!

But my burning question for you is how did you manage such wonderful Musee d’Orsay photos without the somewhat polite but slightly threatening Photo Guard, who seemed to lurk everywhere I went! (Or maybe it was just me… but I doubt it!)

    1. Susan

Hello! The photos are of my garden and I agree, the iris are incredible. I’m not sure where I got them, but everyone who sees them practically genuflects. As for the photos, I just took them. There was no one about to stop me.
